Phone hacked?
It’s sounds like I need a new SIM, no? At 1 am my iphone (literally just sitting on my side table charging) starts calling people in my contacts over and over, calls a Lyft, tried to tweet & FaceTime!! Friends and family thought something was terribly wrong. Has this ever happened to anyone???
It happened once or twice to me and alcohol/weed were involved on those occasions.
Maybe somebody is running automated testing with your phone :)

Happened to me before. A portion of the screen remain tapped for a long time. That why’s I kept seeing apps being opened up randomly. This was with my iPhone 5S.
Happens with my wife’s phone. But apps just get tapped. They don’t run or even open.
Did you try turning it off and on again?
You are using a charger that's messing it up. Is it the original apple charger ? It happens with Android all the time.
Did you use huawei? No wonder 😂😂😂🤣🤣😂😂
