Hi all,

I’m interested in leaving a smallish startup where and joining the Pinterest engineering team or another company with a similar work environment and gender ratio.

I’ve heard a lot of great things about working at Pinterest, but only from people who have also heard that. How do people like working there? Also, are there any other tech companies that you would recommend me checking out?

    Love it here. Work load is high, especially now, but culture, comp etc are good.

    I agree. Working at Pinterest has been great. It’s a lot of work, but when you love what you do, it’s fine.

    Depends on if you are junior or senior. Barely seen senior engineers working for > 3 years except those joined very early like in 2013 or earlier
