Oci for sure. In a down market. ORCL will hold more value!

This is no contest. Please tell your friend to go to Pinterest. OCI is bad for new grads. Lack of mentors and young people because OCI doesn’t usually hire new grads. He won’t fit in and will be working with dinosaurs and given dumb projects. OCI has too many managers that don’t trust people and prevent them from making impact. It’s a bad environment for people trying to grow their career. I also noticed a lot of nepotism and cronyism by my managers at OCI. Important projects will be quickly given to their friends they hired in. Source: IC3 and quit today. I know only 2 IC2s and they both left last year. Didn’t even make it past 12 months.
Pinterest also lacks mentors and polictics are horrible. Offer #3?
But at least your workforce is younger right? If OP’s friend goes to OCI, he’ll be working with dudes with families. Everyone goes home after work to wife and kids. Hard to make friends at work. Horrible on top of Seattle freeze.
