I was talking about Pleasanton.
Its No big deal for me. One of the most populated shuttle for obvious reasons. The TriValley is a great place to live without mortgaging yourself up to your eyeballs. Plus it’s safe and schools are top notch. I just put on the headphones and work on the bus. Hardly notice the time going by. I’m sure others don’t manage as well. If I were actually driving, I’d hate the commute. My only complaint is my fixed time in the office takes away from my time to go to the gym and stay fit.
How long does it take you?
From the shuttle pickup to work is about an hour in the morning. On the way home it’s 1.5 hours. Thursday and Friday are the worst days. It can take 2 hours on the return trip some days. This is commuting to Sunnyvale area offices. Apple Park and IL are similar commute times. There’s also the ACE train, which is usually more deterministic. Apple has shuttle pickups from the train stations.
You would have to be close to Fremont bart of buy a parking pass. Not recommended to use shuttle if non of above is possible.
I’m down for that on my commute to SF but do you mean she’d need a parking pass to hop on the Fremont shuttle? How long is that to Apple HQ? Thx
Parking pass is for parking on the bart parking facility as there is no street parking close to .5 miles radius of bart for obvious reasons. It will take 45 min for shuttle to reach office from bart plus add time to goto bart station , wait time for shuttle. Its a mess unless you live 5-8 min walking distance from bart.

Commute is crazy. She will hate her life. Most of the days 2 hours each way.
Even Fremont? On the shuttle? Wow ok I trust you no way I’d do that to her.
