Please evaluate Bloomberg compensation
I got a job offer from Bloomberg in NYC, for Senior Software Engineer. I have 1 year, 8 months experience. Here are the details. Base: $135K Target bonus: $15K Relocation: $10K tax free Signing bonus: $25K What do you think? I have a counter offer from another tech company.

I got all the same but a $40k signing as a new grad.

Are senior titles inflated at Bloomberg?
My friend got 130k as a new grad in Bloomberg .. you are paid very low in comparison to that..
Save for signing that’s he same as most new grad offers (I got a little less at 131.5+13.5). There’s room to negotiate.
Relocation if paid as cash will be taxed as regular invoice. You could deduct when filling taxes with receipts
