MSFT stocks are low because they're the same as India.

I would like to compare these offers purely based on current savings and future monetory growth potential.

      You will have to negotiate sign-on bonus by telling them about your competing offers, otherwise there is no sign on. Refresher is based on performance and is on managers discretion

    That's a really great offer from Uber, but you should consider whether you think that company has a future. I don't think so, personally.

      A big chunk of the comp for their offer is stock so you should think about how confident you are before making your decision. I don't think you can go wrong though, Amsterdam is probably a really cool place to live.

    9 years in India !! Why move out now ? I would be happy with that TC in India. Honestly feel that’s so comfortable for living in India

      The fact of being in the US gives you a better shot at hearing back when applying to US jobs. If you're interested in staying in Seattle or moving to the Bay or whatever you can work towards a green card

      With that much salary in India,I would not move out. You come abroad then your expenses goes proportionally up.so at the end purpose of saving a lot of money won't be fulfilled. For your salary,I would move out of country if I would be tired of india, looking for new challenges, want to settle in first class country.

      Just please be informed for folks joining IDC especially lateral hires , they will low ball you . Remember one thing once the hiring manager gives a nod , it is the hr responsibility to get him/her on board at any cost . I have seen many cases of lateral hires very unhappy once they get to know they are given peanuts
