Pokemon Go
I have a great idea for an improvement to Pokemon Go that could boost engagement and help you with your career. Allow players to join Team Go Rocket. I for one would pay to join Team Go Rocket. I already have the premium outfit.

Whats wb games like?
The company moves at the speed of a glacier. Most decisions have to go through legal. When you want to get anything done that involves other people, people are mostly incompetent. They don't know how to do it, and have no desire to learn. So whatever you're trying to do, you have to find another way. The bar is pretty low for most positions. So people who are skilled find it frustrating, and ultimately leave. It's a catch all for people who would find it hard to find jobs elsewhere. This isn't true for some disciplines, like art. If your an artist, it's a great opportunity. Unless leadership changes, I don't see the studio lasting too many more years. The pay is also very low with very very little opportunity for growth.
