I am a hardware engineer with 10+ yoe. My base is 170. Bonus ~ 18-20k, RSU is 140k projected this year. Plus approx 10k in 401k match/ year I was expecting to get promoted but didn’t. So bummed about it. Can I possibly make more elsewhere? I always assume I won’t, so just lick my wounds and move on. I have a very good work life balance. Am I being greedy to want more?

I would ask what it takes to get promoted and follow up on 1-1. If you sense it is all bs, depending on the personal situation start shopping.

I am ic4. Was hoping to hit ic5. And yes any change would hamper my WLB. I have raised this to my manager. I am also not sure where to shop. Any ideas?
Not sure who would pay apple levels in hardware.
Physical design.
