After the Dallas mass shooting, baseball game mass shooting, Antifa’s many deadly-force assaults, and the mayor’s reluctance to let Portland PD keep the peace, I’m not surprised by this at all.

Well, it’s Portland PD, so if the BLM folks also had permits, no outstanding warrants, legally owned the weapons, and weren’t assholes to the officers, then I’d say yeah probably. Of course, showing up armed as a *counter*-demonstrator is another matter.
