Specialty occupation is a common one. I got RFE few days back but not yet received the reason since attorney says physical mail not received yet.
I got an RFE to prove that my job required CS degree.
I think this is very common. How do lawyers reply to this ? Do they add more complex stuff later ?
@pisysjsh they asked me to explain and write a narrative on how I applied the things I learnt during my masters and undergrad. So explained how the job required knowledge of algos and ds, databases and advanced database designing which I learnt during grad and undergrad.
