I have onsites coming up with Google (interned there before) and Uber first week of March, and thinking of applying to Fb. Uber was kind enough to expedite directly to onsite since I had Google onsite, i am wondering if Facebook is able to do this aswell (no phone screen)? Tc 0 (new grad)
Possible but rare. Only case I could think of is reapply.
I got an on-site a while back directly without even requesting it. I guess it depends on how bad they want you
Yes it's possible. But why are you going onsite with Google if you interned there? What role are you trying for?
For new grad itâs tougher. For a senior candidate if you have a referral itâs not uncommon.
Everything is negotiable, depending on what you got in hand
If you have an offer in hand, then possible. Why don't you ask the recruiter? They won't penalize you for asking.
Even then likely not possible. Iâve had friends with google offers not even get an interview period. The only people Iâve seen get direct on sites were ones that did well previously and barely missed the cut OP should get a referral
Got it. FB is pretty strict then.
Yep. I was interviewing at google too and just said I wanted to skip it
