Been leetcoding for last 3 months and at a point ready to take interviews. PULP ( Pinterest, Uber, Lyft,Postmates) companies are my target. What’s the best ways to do practice interviews before applying to PULP.. take an approach like going through paid mock interviews($150/hr) or apply to some companies and do practice interview? For the latter approach, What are some good non-FAANG companies to apply for practice interviews that have similar standard as PULP..
Leetcode — given the following prestigious companies — Facebook Google Apple Amazon Netflix Uber Lyft Microsoft Airbnb Dropbox Come up with all real dictionary words from the first letter. Follow on question — use that acronym on blind, and act like it exists in real life.
Fucking PULP lmao
Just traverse a trie.
If using term ‘PULP’ is a concern , I can remove it.. I need some real good answers.... between these are the companies that I liked close to ipo this year..
I recommend to apply to companies that you are not interested to join, if you just wanna sharp your interview skills use those as a burn interviews, stop this PULP fiction
Plup club
Take some practice interviews on Pramp. Leetcode is not the only thing you need to focus on. System design, behavioral rounds are also important
Stop making things up...
I'm a PULP employee, yay! LoL Your Postmates interview will definitely be more practical than leetcody. I hope you have a good experience. All the best!
OP are you able to solve most LC hards? Also which timezone are you in?
Yes worked through a lot to practice hard problems. I’m at a stage where solving dp problems is way easier for me than writing hello world programs.
