Pre-IPo equity
What is the standard expectation for equity in a pre-Ipo company? I have 7 years of experience and just trying to get a understanding how I would negotiate it.

I have 7 YOE as well and I just got an offer from a large company that is Pre-IPO. $360,000 in equity offered with a $50,000 equity refresh target every year (high performers target 1-2x this amount)
