Previous employer not giving experience letter

Hi Everyone, My previous employer is a Desi Consultency and through them I worked for the Apple. Now I needed an experience letter for my I 140 process and the Consultency people are not responding to my emails and calls since we are not in good terms My former colleagues(Apple employees) won’t be able to help because they not from that Consultency. I don’t know any one else from that company So what other options I have ? Please help me with your suggestions and thanks in advance

Doesn’t matter. You can use your paystubs and say that company went bankrupt. Looks like you are Indian and won’t be getting green card anytime soon. So when you move out of Walmart make sure you get a letter from them and update when you apply for i140 with your new employer. The strength of case makes a difference. Although pay stubs is all that matters.

I have offer letter and payslips but my attorney told experience letter is a must.

I would cross verify that with other lawyer. I was doubtful about my letter too but my lawyer said there are always workarounds.

That is very common from desi consultancies. Method1: If u know any one from that company (colleagues, who need not have worked with you at Apple, but have worked with the same company), then just get a notarized letter from them. Method 2: Alternatively you may also get a notarized letter from a contractor (another contractor who worked at Apple along with you, and this contractor need not have worked with your ex-employer). Please try method-1. I am not 100% sure if method-2 is acceptable by USCIS. So better confirm with your attorney about method-2. Good luck

Thanks for the advice. About 2nd method, does he have to be a contractor at Apple? Or is it ok if he is full-timer at Apple I also have a middle vendor who was between my old company and client so does USCIS accent letter from them ? I know, you may not be an attorney but any piece of information will be helpful Thanks in advance

The letter can be from anyone (contractor, full time) who worked at Apple along with you during your tenure at Apple.

Get it from any friend working there, it does not need to be on letterhead.

Thanks for the advice but I don’t know anyone else from that Consultency except the management... Is there anyway we can find employees of the company?

Fake it. Like the consultancies does with the resume

What if USCIS verifies then we should face serious consequences right

Just kidding bro. Humor

Won't your W-2 help in that case? It does mention that you have worked for that firm for -- months.
