Need help in determining a good pricing structure that would include licensing (main revenue generator) with training and professional services like consulting and training. Also need to figure out a better APAC pricing as it needs to be discounted.

    Many things to consider. Without any more info my advice is limited. I’m assuming this is a new product. If you have competition you can 1st orient using a value equivalence line. Then think about different price structures that help your business goals, fit your GTM capabilities, and are cost efficient

    How to do it? Mainly need to know if setting up a bundle based on tiers is better or are there other factors? Also any good pricing modeling exampke sheet would help.
