Bay Area, TC 270k, YOE= 14+ PM in Cloud and Cybersecurity.
Amazon would be 185 base .. don’t know bonus and rsu. Hopefully 300+
Other two verbal TC 325k

>> Should I consider biz dev? I like the idea but I am not aware about the prospects of it.
>> How should I consider VMware’s comp? How is it like working at VMware?
>> Are the comp in the right ball park given the background and info?

Appreciate your advice!

Doesn't sound horribly low, on low of range maybe but probably behind current Directors who've had their previous years RSUS go 3x original value.

      200 cash +/- 10%
      100 rsus +/- 20%
      Target bonus 17-20 something %, can't remember

Super plus side of VMware is WLB, much better than others.
