I know few staff engineers in range of 70 - 85lpa, most part is from the RSU. So guessing Principal should be 1cr +

Depends on current TC. I know few staff engineers hired from outside getting 60L too Btw many people I know are confused by RSU structure and they feel wrong TC till they complete an year
