$300-500k, it's a wide range, your comp depends on negotiations.

Principal is L7 you'll make more than you're currently making TC but your base will be capped at 160 so if that's not a problem ask for like 350

Thanks, but why 350K, I've checked the L6 it's from 320k - 375k. so L7 should be more than 375$, is that correct?
