Prod Permissions
At my company, only Managers have permission to push to production and make production data changes which is kind of annoying. What are prod permissions like at your company?

They are responsible for the business, so they always need to sign off.

I had full prod access to critical systems here within months of joining. Not unusual. If you mess something up you should be able to fix it right away!

Prod access from day 1.
So how does anything get done?
Either wait for the manager to become available or ask a different manager.
