Anyone that works at Amazon, Twitter, or Linkedin how is do you like it there currently? How is the culture and how does design ownership look over there? Is it a good time to join? Currently working at a large org and I hate all the politics, slow product shipping, and processies. Debating if a mid-size company is a better move.

If you vote for Biden this year, don't complain about layoffs
You want a faster pace? Probably no better place than here honestly. Ownership? Literally a company tenet. The culture is fast as fuck and hard to keep up with sometimes. It’s great if you love the grind and delivering stuff. You’ll be pushed to your limits - I mean REALLY pushed. I thought I knew how much I could take until I burned the fuck out a few months back. Still recovering from it honestly. This company will not coddle you and there is no built-in governor - if you get past that, you might like it here

Do not join a team in which you are reporting to a product manager, especially if they don't have a team of PMs with tenure. And good luck getting honest answers to any of these questions
