People insights AFAIK is technically inside the business org (not product) and has a different/lower comp structure. From the scope you describe, it sounds like L6/M1. Iβd look around in this forum.

Sorry I donβt know levels at FB. All I know is that it is a PM lead position with 2 PMs reporting to me and I will be reporting to a director.
