Product Owner Salary range
Recently promoted from product manager to product owner, however I didnt get compensation increase or title change. Profile: digital agency, 5 years work experience, NYC, senior associate, 100k, no bonus. Managing a new team of 15+ A coworker moved to a startup and almost doubled his salary(including signing bonus and other benefits) Am i underpaid?

My buddy is a product manager in NYC at American Express and makes 130 so slightly underpaid but not a crazy amount.

Sounds very underpaid
I have no relevant experience but I'm pretty sure where I work (capital one DC) they make more (at least 20k?). Sounds like you are underpaid. Either way, compensation should be commensurate with work performed. An increase in responsibilities without an increase in pay sounds like BS in general.
