Product designer referral at Apple

Is it that bad? What are the worst things?
Processes are extremely out of date and you’re designing experiences that cater to executives—not the actual users. So user research and testing are sacrificed for the sake of “surprise and delight”. I could go on for days, but unless you’re a super Apple fanboy, you’re gonna dread every second you’re here.
It is a dreadful working environment. That is true. No research done and only geared to executives. Hated working there.
