Program Architect at Salesforce
What does the salary breakdown of a Program Architect/ Sr. Program Architect at Salesforce look like? Also what is the career path and how is it different from Engineering and Management path? Yoe in Salesforce domain: 8 years, currently working for one of the top tier tech companies.

Heard that it’s above PMTS Level base starts from 185k as I guess TC would be definitely 250+

250-300k TC is very doable if you level in the middle.
