Program Management with 50% Admin
A recruiter at Google contacted me and told about a program management role with 50% Program Management and 50% Admin. I wasn’t able to get more details on what admin work she is referring to. Can anyone advise what admin work is in a program Management role? TC: $150K

It usually has to do with budgeting, onboarding, event planning, etc.
Yeah may be change management paper works? If you pass the leadership round in FB then FB TC will be better than Google TC. Good luck with both!
