How do you all feel about this

"The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) says that hospitals can share data with business partners without telling patients as long as the information is used “only to help the covered entity carry out its health-care functions.”

    This really does not help Google's image. Customers will trade privacy for convenience and here the customer didn't benefit. It's this type of behavior that creates animosity.

    If I see any pharmaceutical ads based on my health data, I will sue them. Plus, isn’t this how Baidu got in trouble? Ppl lost their lives because of the misleading pharmaceutical ads on Baidu.
