Project management - updates for Execs
My boss hates, and I mean HATES, complicated project trackers because he needs to present updates to C level in simple format. I also can’t get him to use Trello, Wrike or MS teams. Anyone have a method of tracking project updates that ALSO rolls up to a simple executive summary?

The dashboard for execs should be simple and not granular at all! I have always prepped different views for cross functional teams vs leadership! The tracker for cross functional teams is more granular and detailed! You can try to leverage Confluence , PowerBI to be able to automate some part of it so its not a lot of manual effort.
