I think it’s better to say “authorized to work for any employers” unless the job you applied to requires citizenship (military, etc.)
It’s illegal to discriminate based on citizenship. You can just mention you are authorized to work for any employer.
If you want to get a job at Intel, just be sure to mark down "I am eligible for H1B". Sure-fire-hire. Don't let the weight of being a US citizen drag you down
