How does it compare in terms of perks and tc compared to big ones in the area? (google, dropbox, uber, facebook etc)

Depends on what you mean by perks, but TC is pretty solid (more base pay heavy) and WLB/culture is good. Free lunch 3x week, snacks/cereal/beer/wine whenever. Good benefits.
They gave me a decent offer for L4. Approx 235k. Didn't take it though.
I see. I can take it as practice interview.
My interview was really easy though. I went with zero prep.
