Have an offer from Qualtrics in Seattle for L4 . But very Tentative about joining. How is the work culture? Is it a good time to join? How’s the companies perception?

Interviewed there and had offer. But honestly I cannot feel the passion from each interviewer regarding their work.
It’s a good place to work. Lots of smart people and interesting things to work on. Good work life balance depending on the team size (more on call if team is smaller). I like the management team and feels like we are close to IPO.
Love the company. Fun hard problems and great people.
Culture varies team to team. Some teams don't have a great engineering culture, and in general we have a low bar for eng quality. Management also varies wildly. Compensation is on the low end because the ipo is sold to increase your TC. Company is L3 heavy. Company culture from a work life balance standpoint is usually good, minus a couple teams. Most of the work is feature work, you're not really going to be solving any hard problems apart from one or two teams.
