What would be the base and tc for a senior level role in Qualtrics? How’s the benefit? Work life balance?

Benefits are good and have continued to get better. Recently got a new leave policy. WLB tends to be pretty good across most teams, but on call rotations can range from light to terrible too. I’m not sure about TC for senior.

I recently interviewed too. Awaiting results. Not optimistic because couldn’t code entire solution in time. But was curious about the TC for Software Engineer. Yoe: 3 Tc: 90k
