Does anyone know what they would pay for L4 /L4.5 offer in seattle (after they were acquired). I read somewhere that they don’t give any refreshers, is that true?

- Yeah, this is similar to what I heard. As long as they maintain the same/close enough to comp as at signing, it should be good. If it cliffs significantly post 3rd year, then it is bad. Forces people to leave once the last grant is vested. Probably better to wait until they give out refreshers this year. But I also assume people would start leaving once they vest their initial grants.
