Does anyone know what they would pay for L4 /L4.5 offer in seattle (after they were acquired). I read somewhere that they don’t give any refreshers, is that true?

Correct no refresher. L4 is coming to 230k after acquisition

They said they'll follow SAP style of smaller stock refreshes and higher base pay.
Comps not good. I was given 250k for a senior SDE last month.
Including bonuses or excluding?
This was base+stock (or cash over time whatever). Last month the recruiter didn't know much about how the SAP acquisition will pan out as far as comps.
