Hi, I received a senior offer a few years ago but I declined it at the time. Now they are recruiting me for staff level. I am wondering if this is equivalent to the previous staff level.
The reason I ask is because some companies change the titles after acquisition. For example, there could be an automatic title change to higher title to match the company that acquired it. Is staff level still the same staff level as before?
Also, how is the compensation? My senior offer was much lower at the time compared to other offer. But I feel like the compensation went up. I am not sure if this is because of acquisition which boosted the worth of stock price. Is stock liquid after acquisition?
We technically have sap levels but they don’t mean anything and half the employees likely aren’t aware
