Is that SAP stock ? There is no way he is making TC 295 for 64 . Second year with additional refresher and bonus will further add to the TC

The same base salary was offered to L6 before acquisition. However, based on other posts here I have seen L4 and L5 bases go up by 20% post acquisition. Looks like that hasn't happened for L6 Also, stock seems to be on low end for L6 PS This applies to Seattle eng

That's a low offer. You're probably making that annual TC here at Microsoft. Or at least not big enough of a jump.
