What is the length of your credit history? What is your average age of your credit? What is your credit usage in % ? How many credit inquiries do you have on an average on your file per year? What is your total credit line ? ** - 800+ score as reported by equifax, transuion, experian TC - 160k
12 years. Like 7 years. Single digit percentage points 0-1 6 digits.
6 digits as in 100k or 999k ? 😋 Also ... How do you keep your usage so low ? By not using credit cards that much or by paying before statement generation ?
Low 6 figures. Most CCs have limit 20-30-40. I rarely spend more than $5k/mo (unless vacations or big purchases). Which barely kicks it over 3%. And yes, everything is on autopay (but I try to review statements biweekly)
14 years, 7 years, less than 5%, 2, ??, 105k
10 years. 3 years. 1%. 6-10 inqs. 180k.
Just want to say that garbage like this doesn’t count:
I meant as reported by one of the three credit reporting agencies
15+ 5+ Consistent 1-2 Under $100K
10+ 4 3% 1 ~75k
11 years Getting younger, since we keep buying investment property 5% and under 6-10 inquiries $250k combined
Forgot to mention that credit score is around 830, as disclosed on my most recent mortgage. Fluctuates between mid 820s and mid 840s depending on credit cycle, inquiries for new investment property purchases, etc.
Length: 17yrs. Average: 7yrs. 3% usage. 0-2 hard inquiries depending on where you look. Credit line is 33k. I artificially lowered it to get a few chase business cards.
8 years, 4 years , 0-2%, 1
5 years. 2 years. 0-2%. 1.
How do you keep your usage so low ? By not using credit cards that much or by paying before statement generation ?
Nope, nope, nope. There is no way. Your actual score is not above 800. Maybe some online score that claims to be FICO is 800, but it’s not what lenders are. I’d do the math to prove it but seems like too much work.
