Guys on H1b, did you bite the bullet and ever quit a job with no new offer and how did it fare out? Do you regret it?
Don’t you have to pay bills?
Would never quit before having an offer + approval in hand. Doing so would be plain stupid career suicide.

Biden’s new tax proposal is wild
I knew someone who did this. Unfortunately he didn't get a new job in 60 days. He tried to go to a few consultancies but under Trump, none of them are willing to take risks of dummy filing (or whatever that is called). So he had to go back to his country. Did he regret it? He never said that to me, but I dont know how he really felt.
He quit Google?
