It's pretty standard for SDE1 new hires. SDE2 offers are about €70-75k base, TCT around €90-100k.

True considering the TC. In Europe, there is generally better WLB, paid vacation days and health insurance.
The better WLB depends greatly on your team, don't expect too much :(
