I recently interviewed at Facebook in Menlo Park for a Software Engineer position. Although I thought I did well, I didn't get the position. The recruiter mentioned I could apply again in 1 year. What is your experience in reapplying and re-interviewing? Is it basically the same? Did you have to reach out to the recruiter first to get the ball rolling? Did you prep differently?
1 year sucks
