Where do companies such as compass find their real estate data? I’ve been having a hard time actually figuring out where to find all that data for analysis #data

There are MLS search tools like IDX that real estate sites use to search through listings... Maybe that'll help

I think they pay for the data. Anyone who knows the info isn’t going to give it away freely
