Reasonable Pay for Google SRE T3

I am looking at switching to Google as a T3 SRE from Apple (both positions in sf bay area), the recruited is trying to convince me to accept the following comp package:

Base: 125
Stock: 250
Starting bonus: 20

I feel that this package is low and would like to shoot for something like this:

Base: 140 (below current by 5)
Stock: 350 (100k above current)
Starting bonus: 35

Is the package laid out reasonable?

I have three years experience, a bachelor's degree in CS from a top school, and have several large scale projects under my belt.

Not happening. That's L4 territory. You won't get that much as L3 without serious competing offers.

Yes it's similar. Competing offers pay a bigger role.

Google has two SRE roles. There's SWE-SRE and Systems Engineer - SRE. SWE-SRE can switch to any other SWE role without interviewing thus the pay should be the same.

I'd be SWE-SRE. I have a competing offer as follows:

      Base 150
      Stock 150
      Guaranteed minimum cash bonus: 20
Stock performance incentive: 25-75 per year.

It seems likely I will have another competing offer from Facebook by the end of the week.

Also should be noted I'm an IC4 at Apple.

Wow if you're IC4 you definitely should not take an L3 offer. IC4 is closer to L5. At a minimum you should get L4. Hopefully Facebook will give you an E4 offer and maybe you can actually negotiate.

I was just promoted to IC4 about 2 weeks ago. My thought is an L3 with good compensation can allow for a rapid promotion and raises that accompany it so after 6-12 months I'd be in a better position that coming in at L4 with comparable pay.
