Credit Karma Atlassian Pinterest Uber Coinbase Adobe Instacart Airbnb Linkedin Amazon Reddit Triplebyte Appdynamics New Relic Cruise Automation Interviewing for a senior front end role mostly everywhere. If anyone interviewed recently with any of these companies, can they share their experiences ?
Instacart interviewer just gave me a 3 part problem and was coding, doing his work on his laptop. Dude even muted me. I asked him a few clarifying questions in between and he didn't answer. So I had to wave to get his attention. This was over Skype. Really unpleasant experience. Complete pos. Told the recruiter about my bad experience and they ghosted me 🙄. So good luck interviewing there.
Had onsite there recently. Engineering department seriously lacks diversity.
Also cruise asked me a design question in phone screen. Just a FYI. I wasn't expecting that and it was hard to talk about system design over coderpad. But their interviewers were really nice and helpful :)
Triplebyte as a software engineer or quiz? Their quiz was aids
Instacart is a cheap employer. There pay slabs are the lowest I've ever seen. This creates bad culture and a lot of attrition.
I can share my experience Credit Karma: 2 rounds of phone interview, real coding questions, need to compile and run. 4 rounds of onsite interview, 3 rounds of tech questions, 1 round of BQ Offer: Sorry, can't share, but it is not bad. Culture: Can feel the pressure. Linkedin: 1 round phone 4 rounds of onsite, 3 rounds tech question and coding, 1 round of BQ Offer: Can't share Linkedin culture is very good, very good WLB
how was Credit Karma interview?
Can refer you to Coinbase!
What is exactly your question? In any of those companies might be good or shitty teams. Same applies to interviews.
Want to know more about the interview process, offers, team culture, kind of work etc if someone has already joined in any of these companies recently!
Uber culture isn’t great. Had worked with couple of people from this place.
