Recent market dip a buying opportunity?

Not yet. Maybe in a week or two.

Not yet...we are still due for more correction. If interest rate is indeed going up, I think I will look at companies with healthy cash and relatively low PE.

Technical analysis says we are not done correcting. We are maybe halfway through it though there is still a possibility for a market trend change to bears.
