Recommendations for Password Management

A friend recommended Dashlane. You have to pay for it though and—as far as I know—Chrome/Google doing fine storing my passwords. Anybody find any meaningful benefit of password managers worthy of the price? What product do you like? Important requirement is for me to share some passwords with my spouse. You’re all smart so wanting some advice! Thanks.

LastPass does it for free. It integrates well across platforms ans browser plugins. I avoid using browsers as they don’t encrypt the data by default. If you have Apple’s ecosystem, keychain works just fine.

LastPass. The password generator is nice too

1Pass is by far the best imo. I don't like how there's a monthly subscription, but at least it keeps them improving the product. Multiple device integration and multiple "accounts" to separate personal vs work, etc. are pretty convenient

Also, the 1Pass chrome extension beta is killer. You can pretty much manage all of 1Password through a pop-up window without having the app installed on the computer. Features wise definitely not lacking either with password generator, etc

Dashlane is great. It's paid, but it works on mobile really well

What are the best iOS and Android apps for KeePass?

Isn't it time to consider what you get from a "free" product? Especially one that involves your desire for security?
