Any recommendations in Seattle to have a nice meal and desert solo? So tired of going to regular places and being awkwardly buried in my phone, or feeling bad about taking up an entire table.

- Amazon / EngtendersMaybe try dating apps and have a dinner date to avoid eating alone. It works for me. I go on 3 dates a week.

- Apple py1Hey there, I can relate to the awkwardness - I felt very awkward/self-conscious eating by myself back in college when I lived in a hostel. It wasn’t always possible to have company at meal times. I managed to overcome this, and boy what a relief!
What a relief to be able to enjoy your meal sitting by yourself without a care of “what people think”!
It’s a process, it’s about developing confidence, it’s about you realizing that eating by yourself is “not lame”, it’s also about you not judging others who are eating alone or out by themselves.
