I often see for many job posting there are over hundred applients for one posistion how many of those applients are even really considered? or background even has a high likely hood for the role?
On linkedin if if there is an auto repost it is including all previous applicants. Thats how you see 100 applicants on jobs posted 36 minutes ago
What percentage of applicants are actually strong candidates vs just people shooting there resume anywhere ?
63%
more like less than 5%
At my company, every resume gets looked at by humans. So theoretically, every applicant gets considered. However, most applicants do not have the desired background, and are rejected.
