Recruiters of Blind, how do companies deal with reneging?

Let’s say candidate signs offer and then doesn’t show up. Is the candidate put on a blacklist? How big is the damage to the candidiate and to the company? edit: y’all GTFO with the popcorn bullshit

You might be blacklisted at that company depending on if they have a system set up for that. Beyond that it really doesn't matter at all. Everyone you interacted with at that company will forget you exist in a week anyway.

What if you stay there for 7 months and then quit?

Dell Waiduh Sep 11, 2019

They'll probably take longer to forget you, who cares?

At the very least email the company to tell them you won't be showing up. Jesus Christ.

If you’re an absolute no show? Don’t plan on ever having another chance. Do you need to even ask this question?
