Does it make sense working with recruiting agencies. Are there any pros to that comparing to applying directly to the company of interest?
Recruiters can find the right job for you. They are incentivized to use their professional relationships to your advantage. There’s no downside for you.
Wouldn’t company prioritize their direct candidates because they won’t need to pay extra fees to agencies?
Companies are good at specializing, and unless it’s a recruiting company, perhaps it would be better to leaving the recruitment to a company that’s a recruitment specialist?
Only advantage is that they may have good working relationship with hiring manager.. your resume is 100% guaranteed to be reviewed and high chances of interview invite.. if you apply by yourself, and there are large pool of applicants or strong applicants, there are good chances your resume may go unnoticed....
