Redfin Onsite interview for Senior Software Engineer
I am planning to attend onsite interview for Redfin in next couple of weeks. Fyi, I did a home coding assignement as well as had a telephonic interview with Hiring Manager. What to expect from Redfin onsite? Can someone who had interview experience or working at redfin share their experience and any questions(LC? System design? Behavioral? ) that are asked for this position? Also how to answer questions like Why Redfin? if someone working at redfin have more idea on what are their expectation on answers for such kind of questions. I was able to find some advice you provided over the other post and it is really helpful. Thank you very much for all the information. If you could also help me with what might be considered red flags while interviewing at Redfin if you are aware that would be great. I really want to give my best attempt possible at Redfin interview.

That being said, I'd encourage you to go through that page, think about your past work experience where u have honored those values and be prepared to talk about those experience. How low?
Comp is all relative, know your value negotiate for what makes you happy or walk away otherwise. If one performed good the comp could be pretty competitive. It all comes down to supply and demand.
