Referral Marketplace?

Floating an idea around. A 2-sided marketplace concept where, Side A: People looking to be referred in Tech startups, FAANG, etc. Side B: People looking to source top tier referrals for a potential referral bonus at their company (and possibly a great source of talent) Is there any marketplace app for referrals?
