Referral for LinkedIn
Can anyone refer me for a new grad position SWE position at LinkedIn? I have 2 offers on the table but I would seriously consider joining LinkedIn if given the chance. PM if you want that referral money!
I’d be interested too, but they don’t seem to have any new grad spots on the website. I also reached out to my internship recruiter when I applied last year but haven’t gotten anything back yet (it’s been 2 weeks)

Where are your two offers? Why LinkedIn aka MSFT
I have referred 30+ candidates in LinkedIn across different roles in the past 1.5 years. None have gotten past the first phone screen. That referral money is hard to get to.
We usually have very few new grad openings since most are filled by intern conversions.
It’s a tough job to get referral money. I referred around 35 candidates and only 2 got selected. Also LinkedIn will be way more tougher than Yahoo !
